David Ginsberg has over 30 years of experience
as an Attorney and in senior management positions in leading-edge technology and media companies, including significant experience
in Japan and Europe.
He has served as in-house counsel for
award-winning software, computer graphics, and digital special effects companies, and is currently General Counsel of Glovia International, Inc.
Glovia publishes the glovia.com extended ERP suite of integrated software modules, which
enable global manufacturers to efficiently manage the following nine core manufacturing functions: Product Management, Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Financials, Projects, Business

Mr. Ginsberg is a member of Glovia's senior executive team, with primary
responsibility for the company's worldwide legal affairs, including advising Senior Management and the Board of Directors,
managing complex commercial and employment litigation in multiple jurisdictions, supervising and developing policies and procedures
and monitoring compliance for Contracts Administration and Human Resources.
From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Ginsberg was
actively involved with Special Education law, successfully handling Due Process claims before the California Special Education
Hearing Office, and advising parents of children with a variety of learning disabilities. From 1998 to 2004, he was a member
of the Board of Trustees of Bridges Academy, Inc., a remarkable independent college prep school for "twice exceptional" students in Sherman Oaks,
CA. He served from 1999 to 2001 as Vice Chair, and from 2001 to 2003 as Chair of the Board, playing a principal role in achieving
full WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) accreditation, provisional CAIS (California Association of Independent Schools) membership, and converting the school from a sole proprietorship to a §501(c)(3) non-profit corporation led by a professional Board of Trustees. He led the revision
of school’s governance structures and financial procedures and helped gain recognition of the school as an alternative
placement for gifted and highly gifted students with special needs by the California Department of Education and the Los Angeles
Unified School District.
